Direct-hire nurses go on your payroll. You employ the nurse, not us. Per-diem is part of the same service, so we can help cover the floor the same week we’re working on a permanent fill.
Screened before we send them
We check the license on the state registry, read the resume, and get on the phone with the candidate about your specific opening. You don’t see a resume we haven’t already talked to.
A short list, not a flood
You get three to five people per opening, each with a paragraph from the recruiter who spoke with them. Not a stack of ninety.
Nurses never pay us
Only the facility is on the invoice. That keeps us on the nurse’s side of the table, which is where retention comes from.

Scheduling, rescheduling, paperwork nudges, the polite rejection notes to candidates you pass on. Your DON gets the floor back.

From kickoff call to first shift.
A short call. No contract yet.
We learn your facility, your shift mix, and the roles you're trying to fill. You tell us what “a good hire” has looked like for you in the past. We leave with a written profile of the nurse you're looking for.
Check the pipeline for a match.
Our recruiting team checks candidates in our pipeline against your profile. License, experience, availability, location. We only forward candidates who've told us they're interested in your facility specifically.
A short list per opening.
Three to five candidates per opening, each with a paragraph on the conversation we had with them and why we think they fit the role.
Your interview, on your calendar.
You run the interview the way you always do. We handle the scheduling emails, the offer letter, paperwork follow-ups, and the notes to candidates you passed on. After the hire, we check in with the nurse through their first couple of shifts and the 90-day mark.

What does it cost?
A flat monthly retainer, billed directly to your facility. The retainer is sized to your hiring volume and the credentials you're filling. We'll quote on the kickoff call. No per-submission cost, no per-placement fees on top.
How long until we see a shortlist?
It depends on the role, location, and what's in our pipeline at the time. We'll tell you up front what's realistic for your opening on the kickoff call.
Do you have your own software?
Yes, we built our own. It’s designed around SNF and LTC hiring specifically, so it tracks the things that actually matter (license type, shift pattern, commute, interview stage) and skips the things that don’t. Your DON logs in and sees the candidates we’ve sent, where each one sits in the process, and which ones start next week. No seat license. No rollout project. We get you set up in the first week, and it stays included with your retainer.
Which regions do you serve?
Northeast-focused, with partner facilities across 15 states. If you're outside our current coverage, reach out anyway. We'll be upfront about whether we can help.
Do you cover per-diem shifts too?
Per-diem, yes. We staff per-diem shifts for partner facilities right alongside direct-hire placements, so you can use us for both the permanent role and the coverage gap while it’s open. Travel assignments aren’t part of what we do.
