Not just a shift.A home.
You became a nurse to take care of people. Let us find you a facility that takes care of you back.

There’s always a person on the other end.
You’ve done this before. Send a resume into a job board, then hear nothing back. Not here. A person on our team reads every one, and when we’ve got a role that fits, we pick up the phone.
You’re employed by the facility, not by us
Every role we place is a permanent, direct-hire position at the facility itself. That means you’re on their payroll, in their benefits plan, and wearing their badge from day one. We aren’t a staffing agency sitting in the middle of your paycheck.
You see the role before the facility sees you
Before we send your resume anywhere, we call you and walk you through the opening. The pay, the shift, the commute, who runs the floor, how the team feels on a Tuesday. If it isn’t what you’re looking for, nothing goes out, and we keep looking together.
There’s never a cost to you
The facility pays us, not you. You’ll never see a charge from CareGigs, and nothing we do comes out of your first paycheck. If another company asks you to pay just to apply, that isn’t us. Walk away.
From your resume to your first day.
Send us what you have and someone on our team picks it up from there. There’s no 45-minute form, no account to make, and no dashboard to keep checking.

Send us your resume.
Upload a resume you already have or a draft you put together in twenty minutes. Let us know your zip code and the kind of role you’re looking for, and that’s all we need to get started.
We look for a fit at one of our partner facilities.
Someone on our team sits down with your resume and the openings we have in our partner buildings right now. If one of them lines up with your license, your shift, and where you live, we give you a call to talk it through. Until then, your resume stays with us.
If you want the role, we walk the rest of it with you.
If you decide you’d like to move forward, we take care of the back-and-forth: scheduling the interview, the offer paperwork, the first-day logistics. You’ll have a number to reach us on the whole time, and we’ll check in a month in to see how the role is sitting.
“After four years of agency work, I walked into my first permanent shift through CareGigs and stayed.”
In their own words.
“Sent my resume on my lunch break. Got a call the next afternoon about a role fifteen minutes from my house. Started three weeks later.”
“Four years of agency. I was tired. The place CareGigs put me in knows my name, knows my kids’ names. Wish I’d called them sooner.”
“I didn’t have to retype my resume into a box. Sarah texted me and we just talked about what I wanted.”
